By submitting your order, you are accepting our Shipping and Return Policy.

Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:
  • We ship in business days. Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.
  • Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email.
  • Most products in stock will be shipped by the end of next business day.
  • If the products are out of stock, you will be contacted by email or phone and your money will be refuned.
  • If you locate outside of the United States, you are acknowledge that there will be duty fee or tax from your own country and that is not part of the listed shipping and handling fee at check out.

How to return your items?
  • All items can be returned within 14 days of receiving with the original package.
  • For defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs. For non defective items, they will need to be in unused/uninstalled conditions.
  • Please contact us via email or phone to obtain the return controll number before you ship back the item. You are required to include the given return controll number in the package or your return will not be processed.
  1. How much is shipping?

    Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

  2. Can I track my order?

    We rely on a global network of shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, DHL) as well as local postal services (USPS) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available. Most orders are being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you.
